Activities can be canceled and or modified up to 48 hours before the day they are going to perform the service, without incurring any penalty, as long as we have availability for the day they want to change the service … Cancellation of any activity within of the 48 hours of the service or no-show will be charged 20%.

The law prohibits alcohol, drugs and smoking in the vehicle, if there is a violation of the law committed by the passengers, they could have to pay fines. Water is allowed to be consumed on the trip. Drinks with colorants, hot coffee or tea, groceries and fruits are not consumed on the trip, but they can be transported and consumed at the stops.

EXCURSION VIP is not responsible for the items left in the vehicle. Animals are not allowed in the vehicle … There may be delays, cancellation or termination of the activity caused by weather conditions, delays in traffic, or closure of routes by the authorities. The State of New York governs the reservation and any disputes.

By paying for the tour, of your own free will, at the same time you are accepting all the conditions and terms of this reservation. People who use wheelchairs (they must be folding) or who need help when walking, due to health issues, will be assisted, free of charge in the final rate. Please communicate this need when making the reservation.

The Company is not responsible in case of mechanical breakdown after departure, we could send another vehicle to complete the itinerary or return the passengers and reschedule the tour. The client when making the reservation assumes financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused by the passengers. Cleaning fee is $ 180.

Weather conditions that affect road safety can modify reservations or alter the course and schedule of a tour in progress. Tips are not mandatory, but we consider it advisable. Please do not assume that what is not offered is included..
